Are your prices in CAD or USD? 

The first time you visit our site you should have been asked what currency you prefer. If you are unsure what is selected, scroll to the bottom of our page and there is an option to select your preferred currency. 

What is the story on shipping?

For orders less than $200 CAD we offer a flat shipping rate of $14 across Canada (at this time we can no longer ship to the USA).  For orders $200 plus, shipping is free! Depending on your location, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.  We ship out of Calgary, Alberta. We also offer delivery for a small fee, and free local pickup in Calgary and surrounding area.

What is the address for local pickup?

Pick-up is from Cranston in SE Calgary. When you place your order select local pickup. You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready to ship with pickup options including addresses and times. We will make sure the package is available at a time to suit your needs.

Do you accept returns?

If you are unhappy with the product you received, please notify us via email at hello@alittleconfetti.ca and return the item to us within 14 days of it's arrival. We will only accept unopened, undamaged products for return. Return postage is not covered by A Little Confetti. Please see our return policy for more info.

How many plates, cups, etc, come in a package?

The number of plates, cups, etc., included in a package will be listed in the product information in the store. Please take the time to read this as some of our products come in packs of twelve (12) or eight (8) while others come in packs of six (6).

Do you have a store front?

No, we are an online store only but as we mentioned above, we do offer local pick up from Cranston in the SE of Calgary.
